Sponsored: Simmons University Online Master of Science in Behavior Analysis

BehaviorAnalysis@Simmons is a 2U powered program.

Founded in 1904 as a joint venture with Harvard University, Simmons’ School of Social Work was the first institution of higher learning for clinical social workers in the United States. The school’s online Master of Science in Behavior Analysis program, BehaviorAnalysis@Simmons, combines Simmons’ acclaimed academics with cutting-edge, cloud-based educational technology, allowing students to access all of their classes and coursework remotely. BehaviorAnalysis@Simmons offers the same rigorous curriculum as Simmons’ on-campus Master of Science in Behavior Analysis program but extends it beyond the confines of the University’s Boston campus to aspiring students around the country.

The BehaviorAnalysis@Simmons program is focused on contemporary research and the science of behavior, and is designed to prepare students for leadership roles in the field of applied behavior analysis. While many students in our applied behavior analysis master’s program are drawn from the education and special education fields, potential applications for this degree are quite varied. Graduates are prepared to enter satisfying careers in diverse fields such as behavioral medicine, organizational behavior management, instructional design, and animal training.

BehaviorAnalysis@Simmons Online Virtual Campus

Simmons University’s mission is to provide transformative learning that links passion with lifelong purpose, and that same philosophy is infused in its online Master of Science in Behavior Analysis program. Regardless of whether students are online or on campus, Simmons puts their needs first, offering them a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages educational growth and professional success.

BehaviorAnalysis@Simmons classes are delivered live through the online virtual campus. Real time classes put you face to face with Simmons’ expert professors and your classmates who are living and working across the country. Students meet in the classroom weekly to discuss readings, assignments, and coursework. These seminar-style courses are led by Simmons faculty and are kept small, with an average of 15 students. Dynamic online learning tools make it easy to engage in thoughtful discussions, break out into smaller groups for more insight, and meet with professors one on one.

The online virtual campus is also the portal to self-paced coursework. These recorded lectures, video case studies, and quizzes are produced by Simmons’ professors and content developers and are designed to reimagine traditional lessons as engaging multimedia assignments. Coursework is available 24/7 from anywhere with an Internet connection and on most devices.

Lastly, the online virtual campus allows BehaviorAnalysis@Simmons students to connect with classmates and professors outside of live class sessions. Designed with familiar social networking tools, students can create and join social groups, complete assignments, access grades, and message faculty and peers.
